You don't want to miss out on our first ever Vertical Jump Program, led by TKI performance coach, Melanie Wittenberger. This 8 week program is a goalkeeper specific strength and conditioning class aimed to increase each student's vertical jump. Areas of focus in addition to strength and conditioning will be speed, agility, core, stability, and injury prevention.

Note that signing up for all 8 weeks gives you a discount on the cost per session as opposed to signing up each individual Tuesday.
