Are you looking to jumpstart your summer training to prepare for college? Want to start the summer off right with intense training that will help you create great training habits? Then this is the program for you. This class will meet Monday through Friday for three weeks with supplemental rest and recovery days on the weekend. The Jumpstart Program is going to challenge you technically and mentally, pushing your physical limits. The three week program will be periodized between high, medium, and recovery days; sessions will include technical field training, gym sessions, mental training classrooms, and tactical film room breakdowns. Concluding the Jumpstart program, each goalkeeper will receive our Summer Workout Packet that includes 8 weeks of strength training and field work to help continue their development. This class will begin May 28th and end on June 17th. Only 6 positions available!
