I have had the opportunity to train in some great places throughout my career but nothing has ever been like TKI. It is an institute completely dedicated to goalkeeping and all the different facets of the position. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help in any and every way. I genuinely feel like I walk away from each session better than when I started it. From youth players to pros, I couldn’t recommend the experience more.
— Michelle Betos, 2015 NWSL Goalkeeper of the Year

I started training with Jill Loyden and the rest of the TKI staff 2 years ago. Ever since then, I have learned incredibly much about the goalkeeping position on the field as well as off the field. One of the things that makes TKI such a special place for goalkeepers is that Jill, Maria, and the rest of the staff help you grow in the areas of your game, that are often forgotten by other coaches. Yes, they will help you learn how to catch a ball, but goalkeeping is so much more than that. Ever since I started to train at TKI, I’ve be able to work on my mental and tactical game as well, which has had a huge impact on my game. At TKI you do not only receive quality training, but you will also have an amazing time playing the game you love. There is never a time when you will leave TKI without a smile on your face. Without Jill, Maria, and the entire tki staff, I would be nowhere close to the goalkeeper and person that I am today.

TKI’s ability to teach goalkeeping techniques and strategies with passion and dedication is extraordinary. The staff possess the experience, organization, and structure required to help propel goalkeepers to the next level. They has taught me how to be a better keeper while emphasizing the importance of having good character. The trainings are intense and competitive but fun. Every coach is always going to push you to the limit, creating the best you. I’m so blessed that I have been given the chance to train and to learn from all the coaches at TKI. They are hands down the most passionate and wonderful coaches and mentors I have ever worked with.
— Cayla White, Washington Spirit DA Goalkeeper

I am the mother of a very intense goalkeeper. She was constantly looking for ways to better herself both as a keeper and an individual. We stumbled across Jillian when she was doing some training for my daughter’s club. From that moment on my daughter begged for more opportunities to train with Jillian, Maria, and the rest of the TKI staff. I can’t say enough about the changes that occurred in my daughter. TKI coaches train the whole player, they understand to be an athlete you must be well rounded in all aspects of the game and life. My child’s decision making and technical skills continue to improve because The TKI Staff don’t believe in ceilings on ability level! If you want to get better you will get better because they will do what it takes to help their athletes grow. So lucky to have such positive coaches and role models for my daughter!

The culture that exists at TKI is one of hardwork and dedication. Through the amazing coaching staff goalkeepers are taught not only on how to improve as a player, but as a person as well. Each session incorporates ways to challenge and push each player to their limit, while creating memories that will last a lifetime. Every staff member is extremely committed to getting to know you and helping you become the best person you can be. Without the coaching staff at TKI I would not be the person and player that I am today. I am forever grateful for the people I have met and opportunities I have been given thanks to TKI.
